WHo’s chloe?

If you were privileged to know Chloe, you knew she had a personality that was impossible to ignore, even though she often preferred to ignore you first. Bossy, judgmental, and mysteriously calculated, she did things on her own terms. She had a serious head tilt, a deep love of peanut butter, and a particular talent for making sure the last bite of your meal always found its way to her. Chloe spent her entire life by Brittany’s side, going everywhere together from the time she was a puppy.

Chloe passed away in 2024, but her presence lives on throughout the restaurant that bears her name, with subtle tributes to her sprinkled into the logo and the details of the space. She may not be here to supervise anymore, but Chloe will always be a part of who we are.

For Chloe’s parents Brittany and Sean, their second restaurant gave them the opportunity to build something more personal. They take great pride in keeping Chloe’s memory alive by creating a space that captures her independent spirit and love of good food. Their goal for Chloe is simple: to offer a warm and welcoming environment, paired with food that is every bit as comforting as the joy Chloe brought them.
